I have bought an Astra from Declan and my experience was great. I couldn't recommend highly enough. No sale push or pressure when viewing the car or after the test drive. Besides a competitive price on the car I got 12 months MOT, 12 months RAC breakdown cover and 3 months warranty which is great. This was one of the most important reasons I chose Declan. During the warranty period I had two issues with the car which both got fixed professionally which showed that they truly do care for their customers. Scott proved to be happy to help and showed that he is a true proffesional. I am now considering buying a car for my wife from them. I normally do not spend time for reviews but in this case I wanted to share my positive experience.

As a young lad out buying my first car on my own, these guys made it a stress free experience. They allowed me time and space to look the car over without the whole sales pitch, then gave me the keys to take it for a quick spin to see if it was right. After buying the car, I travelled back a few days later to pick it up; unfortunately, it wasn't ready as the garage was waiting for a part needed to patch it up. Knowing I'd travelled up on the train, from a fair distance away, they were kind enough to give me use of another vehicle until mine was ready. There was a slight fault with my car when I got it home (the boot wouldn't open) but, on letting them know, we got it back to them and they fixed it on the same day. Staff were friendly, helpful and considerate throughout my experience. Highly recommend.
